Legal entity, street address, one person who answers
Most suppliers give you a trading company, a P.O. box and an info@ address. This page gives you the registered name, the street, the plant and the man who signs the quotation.
Visits are welcome with two days’ notice — we would rather you saw the floor than a brochure.

Who you are actually buying from
The name on the quotation, the invoice and the packing list is the same name on the business licence. If a supplier cannot show you that match, the warranty has no address.

02 — What we run
The processes behind the six domains
We list processes rather than machine counts, because a count tells you nothing about whether the press can hold your tolerance. What matters is which process your part needs, and whether the tool was built for it.
Two-component platinum-cure, cold-runner, for precision parts and high cavitation.
Silicone onto ABS, PC or metal in one cycle, with substrate preparation controlled.
High-consistency VMQ for large parts, thick sections and short runs.
Rollers and precision faces ground to TIR, then measured and reported.
03 — How we check
Five measurements that decide a lot
Inspection is planned per part in the DFM note: which feature, which instrument, how many samples, what happens when a value drifts. A report with no instrument named is a claim, not a record.
04 — Who answers
A person, not a mailbox
Quotations are signed by the same person who answers the technical questions, so nothing is lost between sales and engineering. If a promise is broken, there is somebody to hold to it.

05 — What we don’t do

- Bond silicone to PP / PE29–31 mN/m surface energy. Mechanical interlock only; change the substrate.
- Quote fuel or aromatic-oil sealsThe correct material is FKM. We name it rather than take the order.
- Use regrind in food-contact compoundsTraceability ends at the regrind bag, so the lot cannot be certified.
- Present a partner process as oursPartnered steps are labelled as partnered on the page and in the quote.

Come and look at the floor
Liaobu is 40 minutes from Shenzhen Bao’an and 20 minutes from Dongguan Station. Bring a drawing; we will walk the process your part would take, in order, including the steps that are partnered.
